What I value most is working closely with people over time, guiding them from where they are now back to the activities that matter most to them.
I am an Australian-trained Chartered Physiotherapist with a Bachelor of Physiotherapy from Australian Catholic University in Brisbane. I have several years of experience working in private practice across Australia and the UK, specialising in musculoskeletal physiotherapy and treating a wide range of muscle, joint and spinal conditions.
I believe the best outcomes come from a strong therapeutic relationship. Together, we set clear goals, adapt the treatment plan as you progress, and celebrate the milestones along the way.
My particular interests include post-operative rehabilitation, especially following lower limb surgery, and rebuilding strength after significant injury or periods of deconditioning. I also enjoy supporting people to return confidently to sport and physical activity. I believe that tailored, progressive exercise is the foundation of lasting recovery. I combine hands-on treatment with structured exercise programmes, including clinical Pilates, to restore movement, build strength and improve function.
Alongside this, I use technology to support the rehabilitation process, drawing on objective strength testing and movement analysis to monitor progress, guide clinical decision-making and help ensure a safe return to activity.
Throughout my career, I have worked with local, state and national-level sporting teams across a range of sports, including football, futsal, Australian Rules football, netball, rugby and softball. In these roles, I provided injury management, on-field care and rehabilitation support to athletes of all levels.
I have several years of experience in private practice across Australia and the UK, treating a wide range of musculoskeletal conditions in people of all ages. I enjoy getting to know what matters most to each person and developing an individualised treatment plan that reflects their goals.
I have a particular interest in post-operative rehabilitation and recovery following injury, as well as helping people rebuild their strength and confidence after periods of deconditioning. My aim is to support every patient in returning to the activities they enjoy and achieving long-term, sustainable results.
