Biography

Clemence Cleave is an award-winning registered nutritionist with expertise in weight management, women’s health (menopause, PCOS, fertility), gut health and cardio-metabolic health. 

Her mission is to help people find their optimal diet taking in to account their specific needs and lifestyle, with a holistic approach to overall well-being (physical and mental). 

In addition to coaching individuals, she writes books on nutrition (28 days to Gut Health; 28 Days to Intermittent Fasting) and delivers workplace wellbeing services to organisation. She is also a trained chef and a visiting lecturer in public health and nutrition at the University of Roehampton.
