Felicity is a Specialist Musculoskeletal Physiotherapist with expertise in shoulder and thoracic pain.
I am an Advanced MSK Practitioner with over 10 years of experience, specialising in spinal, tendon, and shoulder conditions. I take a holistic, research-informed approach, focusing on identifying underlying causes of injuries and promoting long-term recovery and wellness.
My career began in Australia, where I worked in private practice and with elite sports teams, including Handball Australia, the Sunshine Coast Netball Team, rowing clubs, and the Weightlifting Training Centre at the Commonwealth Games.
As a former athlete participating in basketball, netball, and rowing, I developed a deep understanding of sports rehabilitation—particularly after sustaining two ACL ruptures. This personal experience sparked my passion for non-surgical ACL management and complex injury rehabilitation.
I hold a Master’s in Sports and Exercise Physiotherapy from the University of Queensland, where my research on Patella Tendinopathy and Youth Specialisation in Sports strengthened my evidence-based approach.
As Head of Rehabilitation at Pure Sports Medicine, I apply this expertise to complex case management, mentoring clinicians, and driving high-quality patient outcomes through both manual therapy, communication and exercise based rehabilitation.
Now based in the UK, I bring a global perspective, collaborating with multi-disciplinary teams—just as I have with elite athletes—to achieve the best outcomes.
Outside of Physiotherapy, I enjoy staying active, hiking throughout Europe, and embracing different cuisines.
