Jen Nash
Biography

Jen graduated with distinction from the University College of Osteopathy, earning her Master’s degree. She specialises in musculoskeletal health, using a combination of osteopathic manual therapy, sports massage, and lifestyle advice to address both symptoms and their root causes.

Jen has worked with a wide range of patients, including athletes needing injury prevention and recovery support, as well as individuals managing ongoing health conditions. Jen is passionate about creating personalised strategies to help her patients feel better and regain confidence in their bodies. Having undertaken additional training in Lifestyle Medicine, she understands the value in a truly multidisciplinary approach to health and recovery.

Beyond her clinical work, Jen is a brand strategist for healthcare businesses and has lectured at universities about the importance of professional identity for healthcare practitioners.

Outside of the treatment room, Jen stays active with cycling, yoga, aerial sports, and swimming. Her belief in the importance of movement and balance underpins her practice and inspires her commitment to helping others live pain-free, active lives.
