Jessica is a Physiotherapist specialising in neuromusculoskeletal physiotherapy and rehabilitation.
I qualified as a Physiotherapist in 2008 and have specialised in musculoskeletal (MSK) Physiotherapy since 2011. My fascination with how the body works and moves led me to this career, and over the years, my passion has only deepened.
I am continually intrigued by the body’s mechanics and enjoy assessing the biomechanics of how my patients move. This helps me clinically reason, diagnose, and create personalised management plans to help them achieve their goals.
I have worked in a variety of settings, including hospitals, clinics, and gyms, treating both adults and children with a wide range of abilities. My experience spans acute to chronic conditions, as well as simple to complex musculoskeletal, neurological, rheumatological, and orthopaedic presentations.
I also support patients with complex emotional and mental health needs and have experience treating cancer patients before, during, and after their treatments.
