Jessica is a dedicated physiotherapist from South Africa, holding a BSc in Physiotherapy from the University of Stellenbosch. She is currently pursuing an MSc in Advanced Physiotherapy at UCL, specialising in musculoskeletal injuries. Jessica adopts a holistic approach to treatment, collaborating with consultants, personal trainers, and massage therapists to ensure comprehensive care.
Her experience includes working with orthopaedic surgeons in South African hospitals, particularly in managing patients undergoing procedures like hip and knee replacements, as well as trauma cases involving fractures and ligament reconstructions. While skilled in treating a variety of injuries, Jessica has a special interest in neck pain and headaches. As a middle-distance runner and marathon competitor, she is particularly keen on treating running injuries.
A passionate advocate for optimal movement, Jessica uses her Pilates qualification to create tailored rehabilitation programs. She is also a qualified women’s health physiotherapist, trained in Mummy MOT and pelvic health assessments, with a strong passion for helping new mothers return to safe movement and exercise habits.
Jessica is recognised for her hard-working, enthusiastic, and approachable nature. She takes pride in empowering patients to take control of their well-being through a holistic approach to treatment.
In her free time, Jessica enjoys outdoor activities and relaxing by reading and painting.
