Biography
Mike has extensive clinical experience managing musculoskeletal problems in private practice. Often these can be repetitive issues caused by sports injuries, or problems originating from the stress and strain of our posture or work habits. His approach is to provide hands on therapy, to help with your healing process and get you functioning at your best as soon as possible.
Keeping fit and taking control of your own health is really important to Mike, and will always form part of a discussion of how to manage any issue you have. He is a long-term yoga practitioner, and uses regular yoga and Pilates sessions to deal with his own lower back issues.
