Natasha Doyle
Biography

After graduated from Cardiff university in 2014 Natasha immediately began her career as a Sports Physiotherapist. Whilst living in the UK she worked in professional rugby (Bristol and Worcester Warrior), before becoming Head of Medicine at Swindon Town Football Club. In 2018 Natasha moved to New Zealand, where she has lived for the past 6 ½ years.

From working in both private practice and elite sport in Auckland, Natasha has a wealth of experience working with athletes in many sports, both at an elite and recreational level.

Natasha’s passion for optimising female athletic performance stemmed from playing elite rugby in the English and Welsh premiership, where she gained both England and Ireland representational honours. She then went on to become Head Physio for North Harbour Women’s Rugby where she developed her passion for the female athlete. More recently, Natasha completed her Sports Physiotherapy Masters from the University of Bath focusing on Injury Incidence Across the Menstrual Cycle in Elite Female Rugby’.

In addition to her rugby career, Natasha competed in Power Lifting in the UK and New Zealand and developed a strong interest in strength training and its use in rehabilitation, injury prevention, and performance enhancement.

Natasha believes her love of sport and training translates well to her work and recently she has found a new love for trail running and open water swimming. Away from exercise, she loves to travel and explore new places!
