Caity takes a collaborative and individualised approach to physiotherapy. She believes that helping people understand their injury is an important part of recovery.

Caity completed her Bachelor of Physiotherapy at Australian Catholic University in Brisbane in 2020 and began building her experience in private practice. Over the past six years, she has developed a strong interest in the assessment and management of musculoskeletal and sporting injuries, with a particular focus on lower-limb conditions, orthopaedic rehabilitation, chronic low back pain, tendinopathy and bone stress injuries.

Caity combines education, hands-on treatment and progressive exercise rehabilitation to help her patients build confidence in their bodies and return to the activities that matter to them.

Sport has always played a significant role in Caity’s life. Having spent 17 years as a competitive swimmer in Australia, alongside competing in water polo and netball, she understands first-hand the demands of training and competition, as well as the frustrations that can come with injury. More recently, her involvement in running and triathlon has further developed her interest in treating runners and endurance athletes.

Caity also has a growing clinical interest in female athlete health, particularly the relationship between training, energy availability, bone health and injury. She is passionate about continuing to develop her knowledge in this area and incorporating current evidence into her clinical practice.

Whether helping someone return to competitive sport, recover following surgery, manage a persistent injury or simply get back to the activities they enjoy, Caity aims to provide rehabilitation that is practical, progressive and tailored to the individual.
