Sam is Group Clinic Director, dividing his time between seeing patients in our Kensington clinic and a management role across the business. Sam is hugely experienced with over 25 years working as a Physiotherapist, initially spending 7 years based in large NHS teaching hospitals and then joining Pure Sports Medicine in 2004. He has worked across many specialities including Orthopaedics and Rheumatology in his early years but has specialised in the Musculoskeletal setting for 22 years, with most of this in the private sector. His particular passion is for shoulder and elbow problems across the general population as well as within sports people but he is keen to help anyone get better.
Sam is a member of the MACP (Musculoskeletal Association of Physiotherapy) and has a passion for understanding the cause of the problem, providing a diagnosis and the reassurance of a detailed treatment plan. As a long-standing part of the Pure Sports Medicine team, Sam is a big believer in a team approach and will always consider the best way to achieve results for his patients.
