Emily Caswell is a highly motivated Pelvic Health and Musculoskeletal Physiotherapist, delivering expert, patient-centred care across a broad spectrum of conditions.
At Pure Sports Medicine, Emily integrates evidence-based rehabilitation with functional movement and clinical Pilates, treating a wide range of clients from elite athletes to new mothers. She is passionate about empowering individuals through education and movement and building their confidence.
Emily’s previous experience includes NHS and private sector work, as well as international volunteering. She has led clinical education sessions, developed screening tools for pelvic health in MSK settings, and collaborated closely with multidisciplinary teams.
Emily holds a BSc in Physiotherapy from Cardiff University and is currently completing an MSc in Pelvic Health at Brunel University. She continues to advance her clinical skills through specialist training, including courses in bowel and pelvic pain.
Outside the clinic, Emily is an avid sportsperson. She represented England U19 in lacrosse and captained her university team, experiences that reflect her high-performance mindset, leadership abilities, and commitment to excellence.
Currently working at Pure Sports Medicine, Emily delivers specialist pelvic health and MSK physiotherapy. Her experience spans NHS and private settings, and she has worked internationally. She is skilled in treating pelvic floor dysfunction, complex MSK presentations, and is active in clinical education and service development.

Our Kensington clinic on Cromwell Road is located within the Point West Building, adjacent to David Lloyd. It is convenient to Kensington, Chelsea, Fulham and West London, and offers both face-to-face and remote consultations.

- Monday – Thursday: 7:30am – 8pm
- Friday: 7:30am – 6pm
- Saturday: 8:30am – 3pm
- Sunday & Bank Holidays: Closed
Accessibility
Ramp access to clinic front door, accessible toilet facilities and gym areas. There is also lift access from ground to first floor and within David Lloyd.
