As an athlete herself, Laura understands the physical and mental toll of injury firsthand.

Laura has over seven years of clinical experience, spanning post-surgical care to acute sporting injuries, giving her a broad and versatile skill set. She has worked as a Contract Physiotherapist with England Athletics and England Hockey and previously spent three years as Company Physiotherapist at Birmingham Royal Ballet.

Laura’s aim is always to keep patients doing as much as they safely can while they recover, treating the whole person and addressing root causes rather than just symptoms, so they can get back to what they love as quickly as possible. Through her experience in elite sport, she has worked closely with leading multidisciplinary sports medicine teams, a collaborative approach she believes is essential to optimising athlete care and recovery.

Biomechanics and rehabilitation sit at the heart of Laura’s practice. She combines objective testing and assessment data with clinical reasoning to deliver precise, efficient treatment. She is experienced in delivering focused rehabilitation plans while being mindful of the time pressures facing busy professionals, tailoring care to fit around real life.

She is still a keen runner and, outside the clinic, can be found tackling the roads, mud and hills of Surrey.

7+ years clinical experience including:
– NHS Orthopaedic and MSK roles
– Elmhurst Ballet school
– Birmingham Royal Ballet
– Contractor for England Hockey, England Athletics and The Royal Ballet Company
