Throughout my career, I have developed a strong interest in helping people overcome pain, restore movement, and return to the activities that matter most to them.
My experience, including four years in the NHS, has allowed me to work with a wide range of musculoskeletal conditions, from acute injuries and post-operative rehabilitation to persistent pain and work-related issues. I take pride in delivering evidence-based treatment that is tailored to each individual, recognising that no two patients or injuries are the same. My approach combines thorough assessment, clear education, hands-on treatment where appropriate, and structured rehabilitation programmes designed to achieve lasting results.
I believe physiotherapy is about more than treating symptoms; it is about understanding the root cause of a problem, empowering patients with knowledge, and building confidence in their body’s ability to recover and perform. Whether someone is managing a recent injury, returning to sport, or addressing long-standing discomfort, I aim to create a supportive and collaborative environment where progress feels achievable.
I look forward to helping patients in Canary Wharf and beyond achieve their goals, whether that means returning to exercise, improving day-to-day function, or performing at their best.
Outside of work, I have a keen interest in health, fitness, and staying active, which further supports my passion for movement and rehabilitation.
My experience as an MSK Physiotherapist includes working in the NHS at Band 6 level and in private clinic settings, treating a wide range of musculoskeletal conditions. I also hold additional qualifications in Pilates instruction, sports massage, and Foundation AACP training. I use a holistic, evidence-based approach to support recovery, improve movement, and help patients achieve long-term outcomes.
