Jason is a Musculoskeletal Physiotherapist with a focus on athlete rehabilitation and return-to-play programs.

I am a dedicated musculoskeletal Physiotherapist with a strong foundation in clinical practice, having graduated from the Australian Catholic University (Brisbane) in 2020.

My career began in private practice where I developed expertise in injury rehabilitation, running mechanics, and strength assessment using dynamometry. My passion for sports led me to work across multiple sporting codes including football, rugby, and AFL, allowing me to gain valuable experience in acute injury management and rehabilitation.

During my tenure at Downlands College Rugby Union, I gained extensive experience managing various sports injuries and developing comprehensive return-to-play programmes. Working alongside consultants and strength and conditioning staff, I learned the importance of collaborative care in achieving optimal outcomes for athletes. This experience reinforced my commitment to evidence-based practice and personalised treatment approaches.

My commitment to professional development is demonstrated through additional qualifications in sports physiotherapy, dry-needling, and clinical Pilates. The completion of my Graduate Certificate in Exercise Science (Strength & Conditioning) in 2024 has enhanced my ability to bridge the gap between rehabilitation and performance.

I am particularly passionate about patient education, believing that empowering individuals with knowledge is crucial for achieving long-term success in their athletic endeavours. In 2024, I embarked on a new chapter by relocating to London, seeking to broaden my professional horizons and embrace new challenges in Physiotherapy.

Outside of my clinical work, you will catch me watching plenty of football games and maintaining an active lifestyle through gym training and martial arts.

The Fit Lab Health & Fitness Centre (Toowoomba, QLD), Back in Motion (Bribie Island, QLD), SWQ Thunder Football Club, Downlands College Rugby Union.
