Tom is an experienced osteopath with a Master of Osteopathy degree and over a decade of experience treating adults of all ages and walks of life, including competitive sports people from many different sports.
He specialises in back pain, neck pain and sacroiliac joint pain, headaches and TMJ dysfunction as well as sports injuries.
He’s skilled in a wide range of manual therapy techniques, including spinal and peripheral joint manipulation, joint mobilisation and massage.
A consultation with Tom will include a management plan, discussed and agreed with you, which covers exercise as well as everyday self-management advice.
Previously, Tom’s patients have rated him highly for making them feel at ease, letting them tell their story, really listening and fully understanding, showing care and compassion, explaining things clearly and helping them take control by creating a plan of action in partnership with them.
