Andrew is passionate about working together with patients to build confidence, overcome injury, and achieve long-term success in the activities that matter most to them.
Andrew is a physiotherapist from Sydney, Australia, with a strong interest in lower limb and sporting injuries. With experience across musculoskeletal private practice and professional football environments, he enjoys helping a wide range of people, from athletes aiming to return to play to those looking to regain confidence in everyday activity and training.
He has a particular interest in all lower limb conditions, including post-operative hip, knee, and ankle rehabilitation, as well as running-related injuries. Andrew’s background in sport and strength training has shaped his approach to rehabilitation, with a strong focus on progressive loading, movement quality, and building resilience for long-term outcomes.
His approach combines evidence-based exercise rehabilitation with hands-on treatment, including dry needling, alongside clear education to help patients better understand their injury and recovery process. Andrew believes rehabilitation should be individualised, collaborative, and tailored to each person’s goals, lifestyle, and training demands.
Alongside his clinical work, Andrew has experience working within high-performance football environments, where he developed skills in injury assessment, rehabilitation planning, and return-to-play decision-making. He also incorporates objective testing and VALD technology into rehabilitation to help track progress, guide decision-making, and support a confident return to sport and activity.
