Ella is passionate about helping people recover from injury and return to the activities they enjoy.
I am a Musculoskeletal Physiotherapist with five years of clinical experience gained in the NHS, and four seasons working in rugby union supporting players through injury management, rehabilitation, and safe return to sport. I have also worked with elite athletes competing in many sports, as part of the medical team at the Commonwealth Games.
I have a particular passion for managing sports injuries and helping clients return to the activities they enjoy, whether that is competing at a high level, exercising recreationally, or simply moving without pain. I understand that every client has different goals, and I believe rehabilitation should be bespoke, combining the latest evidence with a practical, goal focused approach.
I am currently undertaking a Master’s in Sports Physiotherapy to further develop my knowledge and clinical skills, ensuring that I continue to provide the highest standard of care. My treatment approach combines hands-on therapy, exercise-based rehabilitation, and patient education empowering clients to understand their injury and to take an active role in their recovery.
In my spare time, I enjoy keeping active participating in a variety of team, individual, and water and snow sports.
