We bill directly to the following health insurers: Vitality, AVIVA, AXA PPP, BUPA, Bupa International, Healix, Health Partners Europe and WPA. If you are covered by a different insurer, you will be required to self-pay and then claim back using a paid invoice we can provide for you. If you have cover from one of the insurers listed above, you must arrive to your appointment with your membership/policy number, your pre-authorisation code as well as the number of sessions your insurer has approved on that code.

The quickest and simplest way to cancel or amend an appointment is log into your online booking account. However, you can also call us on 020 7788 7000 or email us at [email protected]. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please note that we require at least, otherwise the full appointment fee will be charged as a cancellation fee.

Gloucester Road or Earls Court are the nearest stations to the clinic. Both are just a 5-minute walk from the clinic and served by the Piccadilly, District and Circles lines.

Yes, we have changing facilities, showers, lockers, and towels available for your convenience. Our facilities are well-maintained and stocked to ensure a comfortable experience.
