Group Mat-work Pilates - Virtual

Incorporating breathing, postural work, strengthening and flexibility with the Pilates approach can bring a relief to pain and bring ease of movement to daily life.

An entry level Pilates class appropriate for all and back safe, whether you are either recovering from injury or looking to start Pilates for the first time.

It is a gentle but thorough class including: breathing; stretching; release of stress and tension; spine segmental control & stability; hip & shoulder range of movement; understanding weight bearing through limbs (wrists & feet strength); all with the focus of achieving core strength

Exercises can be modified to suit all client’s needs.
