An entry level Pilates class appropriate for all and back safe, whether you are either recovering from injury or looking to start Pilates for the first time.
It is a gentle but thorough class including: breathing; stretching; release of stress and tension; spine segmental control & stability; hip & shoulder range of movement; understanding weight bearing through limbs (wrists & feet strength); all with the focus of achieving core strength
Exercises can be modified to suit all client’s needs.
