Pilates can increase core strength, get us moving better, reduce the likelihood of injury and allow us to get more out of our fitness training, no matter what your goals are.
This is a Pilates equipment based circuit class, using the classic Pilates exercises to access full range of movement, build strength, and control. It is ideal for people who want to include Pilates as part of their fitness routine or at end stage rehabilitation. It is a dynamic equipment-based class using the Reformer, Combo-Chair, Baby-Arc & other small equipment.
The main focuses are: strength, skill, quality of movement and flexibility.
