Biography

Ash started his career at Southend University Hospital where he progressed to a senior Physiotherapist. Alongside this he worked at Westcliff Rugby club where, in his second season, he ran the physiotherapy department.

During his career, Ash has looked after a wide array of conditions and patients, ranging from the elderly to Olympic athletes.

His passion for lower limb and skiing injuries progressed during two ski seasons as a physiotherapist in St Anton, Austria. This specialism was further honed In Auckland New Zealand where he worked in a specialist netball Centre.

Lower Limb Injuries, Tendon Injuries, Spinal Pain, Patellofemoral Pain (PFP), ACL Rehabilitation, Hip pain, Muscle Injuries, ForceDecks Analysis, Knee Injuries, Bone Related Injuries, Ankle Injuries and Endurance Events
