Seth is a Physiotherapist with extensive experience in musculoskeletal rehabilitation and knee injuries, combining strength and conditioning with manual therapy to support recovery and performance.
I am a New Zealand-trained musculoskeletal Physiotherapist with international experience in Japan, Austria, and the UK. My clinical expertise focuses on knee and lower limb rehabilitation, ACL rehabilitation, neck and shoulder conditions, and the use of strength and conditioning principles for rehab.
Passionate about delivering high-quality care, I take a person-centred approach, tailoring treatment plans to each individual’s unique needs, goals, and lifestyle.
Using evidence-based practice as the foundation of my work, I combine the latest research with practical experience to guide my clinical decision-making. Whether its assisting athletes returning to sport, helping clients recover from injury, or optimising movement for everyday life, I strive to empower my patients throughout their rehabilitation journey.
Outside the clinic, I stay active through skiing, running, and strength training.
Previously I have been involved in kickboxing, football, and rugby. These personal pursuits not only fuel my passion for movement but also give me valuable insight into the physical demands of various sports, helping me connect with and better support my clients.
With experience working across diverse healthcare settings and cultures, I bring a unique perspective to treatment, fostering collaboration and innovation in my practice. I am committed to creating a positive, supportive environment where clients feel heard, understood, and motivated to achieve their best outcomes.
Whether you’re recovering from an injury, managing a chronic condition, or looking to improve performance, I am here to guide you every step of the way.
