Pure Progress
Pure Progress gives you a personalised 12-week coaching programme, created by our Strength & Conditioning team and delivered through our partner coaching app. Your programme is built around you, your goals and your coaching environment, giving you the structure to train independently with expert guidance along the way.
You don’t always need to be in the clinic to benefit from a structured coaching programme. Pure Progress gives you the flexibility to train where and when it works for you, while still following a programme created by your Pure Sports Medicine coach.
Your programme is created for you following an assessment with an experienced Strength & Conditioning coach. It takes into account where you are now, what you want to achieve and how and where you train.
Your programme is based on your goals, training experience and the equipment you have available. As you work through it, you can track your sessions in the app, access exercise guidance and stay connected with your coach when you need support.

Frequently asked questions
Pure Progress is a 12-week personalised training programme created by a Pure Sports Medicine Strength & Conditioning coach and delivered through our coaching app.
Following an initial assessment, your coach will build your programme around your goals, current ability and training environment. You can then access and record your training through the app while your coach monitors your progress.
Yes. An initial Strength & Conditioning assessment is required before your Pure Progress programme can be created.
This allows your coach to understand your training history, current ability, goals and individual requirements before designing your programme.
Pure Progress is not live training. Your coach creates your personalised programme for you to complete independently through the coaching app. You’ll have exercise guidance within the app and can contact your coach for simple questions or exercise substitutions throughout the 12 weeks.
No. Pure Progress is designed to be followed independently, so you can complete your programme at your own gym, at home or wherever you normally train.
Your programme will be designed with your available training environment and equipment in mind.
You should be comfortable training independently and following a prescribed exercise programme.
If you need regular hands-on coaching or supervision with exercises, face-to-face Strength & Conditioning may be more appropriate.
Yes. You can contact your coach through the app for simple questions and exercise substitutions, and your coach can monitor your training progress.
If you need a more detailed programme review, assessment or coaching, you can book a 30 or 60-minute Strength & Conditioning appointment.
It can be an appropriate next step for some people who have completed rehabilitation and are ready to return to more independent training.
Pure Progress does not replace physiotherapy or rehabilitation. If you still require clinical input or regular supervision, your Pure Sports Medicine clinician can advise you on the most appropriate next step.
