Introduction
With a Specialism in Pelvic Health and Musculoskeletal Physio, Aisling has led the development of the Women’s health service across Pure. She strives to help as many women as possible build confidence in their body through exercise.With 10 years experience across Ireland and the UK, she is passionate about holistic, evidence based care for women. She is currently completing her M.Sc. in Pelvic Health at Brunel.

Aisling is a specialist Musculoskeletal and Pelvic health physiotherapist with a passion for Spinal Rehab and Women’s Health.
Aisling is a specialist Musculoskeletal and Pelvic health physiotherapist who has experience working in both Ireland and the UK. After graduating from Trinity College with Hons(BSc) Aisling started her career in private practice in Dublin. Here she developed her passion for Spinal Rehab and Women’s Health. She completed post graduate studies in Urinary Incontinence, Pilates, and Strength and Conditioning.
In 2018, Aisling was Head Physiotherapist of a medical team who helped 12 teenagers with scoliosis to climb Kilimanjaro. The team were awarded patient education project of the year by the Irish Health Care awards 2019. She then moved to London to work as a Specialist Musculoskeletal Physiotherapist for Pure Sports Medicine.
Seeing female athletes of all levels, Aisling recognised the lack of emphasis on pelvic health in the rehab process and decided to study further. In 2021, Aisling became a Mummy MOT® training tutor and teaches post-natal rehabilitation and recovery, educating physios, osteopaths and other healthcare professionals. She has also set up a pelvic health service at Pure Sports Medicine in Kensington.
Rehab Rooms, Trinity College Dublin Rugby and Hurling teams, Pure Sports Medicine and Mummy MOT clinics.

Our Kensington clinic on Cromwell Road is located within the Point West Building, adjacent to David Lloyd. It is convenient to Kensington, Chelsea, Fulham and West London, and offers both face-to-face and remote consultations.
