Bradley is a chartered Physiotherapist with extensive experience in sporting injuries

I am a chartered Physiotherapist who graduated in 2017 from the University of Liverpool. Beginning in the NHS, I had roles in musculoskeletal outpatients, orthopaedics, and neurology departments.

Developing an interest in sports injuries, I began to work with Stoke City Ladies FC and within private practice, where I completed the AACP’s Western Medical Acupuncture qualification.

Following this, I was fortunate to secure a full-time role at Wigan Athletic FC Academy, where I worked with their 18 – 23 ’s teams, alongside supporting the first team squad in the Championship during the COVID-19 pandemic. I joined Liverpool FC Academy in 2021, assisting with injury rehabilitation as part of a large multidisciplinary team. I also supported the academy on international tours throughout Europe.

During this time, I developed skills in treating many sporting injuries including ACL’s, meniscus, hamstrings, ankle injuries, lower back pain and hips. I also developed skills treating growth related injuries in adolescents.

I have been at Pure Sports Medicine since August 2023, treating a multitude of conditions, including neck pain, back pain, upper limb, and lower limb injuries.

My speciality areas include hip, knee and ankle injuries in the sporting population, including runners. I use a data driven approach to ensure not just a safe and successful return to sport, but to ensure you have the knowledge and tools to prevent future injuries.

I work closely with our multidisciplinary team of doctors, podiatrists, S&C coaches, Pilates instructors and soft tissue therapists to get the best outcome for every individual.

Bradley has sport specific experience in women’s and men’s football, from academy to first team level; requiring efficient diagnosis, management plans and return to running and sport. Within Pure Sports Medicine, he has focussed on the rehabilitation of lower limb and shoulder injuries, with a focus on successfully returning to sporting activity.
