We bill directly to the following health insurers: Vitality, AVIVA, AXA PPP, BUPA, Bupa International, Healix, Health Partners Europe and WPA. If you are covered by a different insurer, you will be required to self-pay and then claim back using a paid invoice we can provide for you. If you have cover from one of the insurers listed above, you must arrive to your appointment with your membership/policy number, your pre-authorisation code as well as the number of sessions your insurer has approved on that code.

We allow a 10-minute grace period for late arrivals. After this, you will need to reschedule your appointment to ensure that we are able to deliver the highest standard of care during your appointment.

The quickest and simplest way to cancel or amend an appointment is log into your online booking account. However, you can also call us on 020 7788 7000 or email us at [email protected]. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please note that we require at least 24 hours’ notice, otherwise the full appointment fee will be charged as a cancellation fee.

We do not have our own parking, however, Canary Wharf has four underground public car parks, three of which lead directly into Cabot, Canada and Jubilee Place shopping malls.

1. Cabot Square Car Park – entrance on Cooks Close (just beneath the clinic)
2. Canada Square Car Park – entrance on Montgomery Street
3. Jubilee Place Car Park – entrance on Bank Street
4. Westferry Circus Car Park – entrance by West India Avenue

Designated bays are available for disabled drivers and parents with children.

There is a height restriction of 2.0m in all car parks and all of the public car parks at Canary Wharf hold Park Mark safer parking awards

Canary Wharf tube station, on both the Jubilee and Elizabeth lines, is a 5-minute walk away. Canary Wharf DLR station is located right next to Cabot Square.

Unfortunately, we do not currently offer transportation to your appointment.

Yes, we have changing facilities, showers, lockers, and towels available for your convenience. Our facilities are well-maintained and stocked to ensure a comfortable experience.
