This includes:

  • Expert assessment of current physical capacity, injury history, training history and goal setting.
  • Individual exercise programming based on equipment and space available with video based demonstrations and technique correction
  • Tailored review sessions with programme updates to progress prescribed exercises/​loads, heart rate targets, weight loss goals and endurance event plans.
  • Working together to take advantage of the chance to correct long term issues, build a stronger foundation and refine technique.

1:1 Pilates #

This includes:

  1. A movement assessment in which the Instructor will introduce you to the principles of Pilates, looking at your movement patterns and areas of imbalance
  2. The Instructor will help you set your unique training goals based on their assessment
  3. Future sessions will work towards achieving your goals and will be adjusted as you progress, to provide a truly bespoke experience.
