Physiotherapist and Clinic Manager

We are currently looking for an experienced MSK Physiotherapist to lead our team in the role of Clinic Manager at our Roehampton Clinic. If you are ambitious, hardworking, and keen to effect change through leadership then this is a fantastic opportunity.

This is an exciting position for a passionate and ambitious Physiotherapist with aspirations to take on a leadership role, developing management experience whilst maintaining their own clinical commitment. 

This would suit an experienced clinician working in private practice or a candidate working at Band 7 level or above within the NHS. Previous management experience is preferred but not mandatory, as a is an established private network. 

Our Roehampton Clinic is situated in the grounds of the prestigious Roehampton Club, an exclusive multisport private members club near Putney. This is a unique opportunity to lead one of our clinics, working closely with the Roehampton Club to build our service offering to members and the local community. 

The clinic has 5 clinic rooms and a gym space and the successful candidate will manage a multidisciplinary team of clinicians, working collectively to optimise patients experiences and outcomes.

Key responsibilities include: #

  • Ensure delivery of clinical excellence by all team members and individually through personal caseload management.
  • Work closely with the Roehampton Club to grow member engagement and utilisation of our expertise, developing close links with the Health Club, Tennis, Golf, Padel, Squash and Croquet teams.
  • Responsible for the availability and performance of the clinical team against forecast.
  • Assisting in the recruitment of new clinicians to complement the current skill mix.
  • Manage the clinic to deliver optimal patient experience and outcomes in conjunction with Operational leads.
  • Outreach and health engagement with the local community, driving engagement with for example local GP practices and sports teams.
  • Implementing service development.
