Dawn is a South African-trained Physiotherapist who takes pride in her hands-on manual therapy skills and personalised rehabilitation programmes tailored to a wide range of musculoskeletal conditions. With a strong foundation in manual techniques, including joint mobilisations, manipulations, acupuncture, and myofascial release, she combines these with targeted rehabilitation strategies to deliver well-rounded, effective treatment plans.A passionate advocate for running, Dawn has a particular interest in running assessment and rehabilitation. As an accomplished runner herself and holding a Master’s degree in Sports Physiotherapy, she specialises in helping runners of all levels recover from injury, enhance their form, build strength, and improve endurance. Her holistic approach to running assessment ensures that each athlete receives a personalised plan that supports both recovery and performance goals.

Dawn is a Sport Physiotherapist specialising in helping runners recover from injuries and improve form, strength, and endurance.
I am an accomplished ultra runner in both world class trail and road running events.
I have completed the Comrades ultra marathon — The Ultimate Human Race (90km), Ultra Trail Cape Town 100 miler and the Arc of Attrition 100 miler. With a personal best marathon of 3 hrs15 I understand what it takes both on the road and in the trails.
With a Masters in Sport Physiotherapy I have the expertise, drive and passion to help you get back to your best form in running, whether an on-going or new injury.
I am passionate about helping runners of all abilities push their boundaries and thrive. I have developed an extensive Running Assessment which holistically assesses the runner with the aim of improving form, ability, strength and endurance for running.
In addition to my love of running, I have also played field hockey at a competitive level and enjoy competing in the obstacle events.
