This brand new evening workshop will be just what you need to map out your Spring marathon training.

Whether you’re wondering how to kick-start your training, or you’re a seasoned runner looking for tips on how to perform better and avoid injury, our expert team provide a one-stop-shop for your marathon needs.

You will get the opportunity to ask questions and discuss issues with our full range of professionals including physiotherapists, strength and conditioning coaches, podiatrists, nutritionists, osteopaths, massage therapists and pilates instructors.

Our excellent multi-disciplinary team have worked with runners of all abilities and have the expertise required to help you achieve your goal for 2018.
