Incorporating breathing, postural work, strengthening and flexibility with the Pilates approach can bring a relief to pain and bring ease of movement to daily life.

This class is suitable for those looking for an intermediate level class, with a few advanced options and progressions for those who would like to challenge themselves a bit more.

However, if you are a beginner or recovering from an injury Jessica is able to offer lighter options where needed to accommodate for your individual needs. Similarly if you are pregnant or post-partum, this is a great opportunity for mothers and birth-givers to safely return to exercise.

It is a gentle but thorough class including: breathing; stretching; release of stress and tension; spine segmental control and stability; hip and shoulder range of movement; understanding weight bearing through limbs (wrists & feet strength); all with the focus of achieving core strength.
