This is an exciting position for a passionate and ambitious Physiotherapist that aspires to taking on a leadership role, developing their management experience whilst maintaining their own clinical commitment. Kensington has a team of 18 clinicians comprising Physiotherapists, Sports Physicians, S&C Coach, Soft Tissue Therapists, Podiatrist, Osteopath and Pilates Instructor — it’s a team approach with clinicians working together to get patients better. We pride ourselves on the MDT delivery and have an unrivalled team of specialties working in all of our clinics.

The week would be structured with 32 hours of clinical time and 6 hours management time. Key responsibilities of this role would include:

  • Delivery of clinical excellence to patients and ensuring this is maintained across the team
  • Organisation of the clinical team availability against expected forecast
  • Monitoring performance across the team and reacting accordingly
  • Implementing service development and strategy

Our clinicians are supported with regular CPD and mentoring to ensure ongoing development and excellence. You will receive time and budget towards external CPD courses and/or post graduate study. Continuous opportunities exist to learn from colleagues, to be involved in delivering education and contributing to the sharing of knowledge.

The role is full-time and will include evening and weekend hours.

Remuneration will include:

  • Base salary plus a variable component that links to diary utilisation
  • Annual review with the scope for structured progression
  • Private medical insurance
  • CPD budget and 5 days CPD leave
  • Annual leave and paid sick leave
  • Pension
  • other benefits

You will work in fantastic, modern clinical facilities which allow you to get on with the job of getting patients back to doing what they want to do, including a fully equipped rehabilitation space.

If you are ambitious, hard working and keen to effect change through leadership then this is the MSK role for you.
