Charlie Ross
Exercise Physiologist

Introduction
Through my own experiences with injury from fast bowling, I developed a strong appreciation for expert injury management and advanced physical preparation, which inspired my desire to join collaborative healthcare teams. This led me to become an Exercise Physiologist; committed to helping others manage health conditions, recover from injuries, perform at their best, and achieve their goals with exercise.

Charlie is an Exercise Physiologist who is passionate about helping people live healthier and more active lives.
I am an Exercise Physiologist with a strong passion for helping people lead healthier, more active lives. After spending over a decade as an opening bowler in premier cricket in Australia, I gained a deep appreciation for the value of entrusting my injury management and physical performance to experts in their field.
With experience in both private practice and community health settings, I have supported individuals with chronic health conditions, neurodiverse populations, disabilities, and those recovering from injuries or surgery. My work spans from paediatrics to the elderly, always focusing on person-centred care tailored to each individual’s needs and aspirations.
I’ve also worked with professional and semi-professional cricketers and golfers, helping them with their physical preparation in line with the demands of their sporting schedules.
My approach involves creating personalised and enjoyable exercise interventions that lead to long-lasting and sustainable changes in my clients’ health and lifestyle.
Outside of work, I enjoy travelling with my partner, am passionate about all things sport, love running, and admittedly play too much golf.
