Biography

Serena was a professional dancer for over 10 years, and has a deep understanding for the body and movement as well as understanding the psychological side of training your body to the max and relying on its capabilities. She enjoys hiking, yoga, boxing and in 2022 found a new love for ultra marathon running.

Starting her massage journey in Nepal in 2014 Serena has studied — and continues to study — eastern and western techniques across the globe, gathering as many skills as possible to accommodate to the needs of her patients. Serena’s has worked with a wide variety of people in her career so far, from professional football players to ex-military personnel to Tavistock and Portman patients. 

Serena’s heart lays in helping to heal and facilitating growth, and she believes that touch holds an immense amount of power in aiding both. Whether treating a sprained ankle or complex PTSD Serena has a strong belief in what she does and the service she provides. Alongside her expertise in Soft Tissue treatment, Serena also provides ScarWork treatment for those who need post-surgical care, including breast cancer surgery and top-surgery. 

It is important to Serena that her room be a safe space for you to reconnect, recover and reclaim your body after trauma, however big or small.
