Finn Kenny
Biography

After having given Basketball a good crack and getting four solid years in Australia’s semi-pro league, an ACL tear and a major ankle sprain set me back. The process of recovering from these injuries and using strength & conditioning principles to get fitter and stronger than I was previously was fascinating to me.

Most recently I worked with people across the full health spectrum, seeing individuals living with chronic health conditions and injuries. I was also in a specialist Foot & Ankle Rehabilitation clinic treating complex cases including a high volume of Achilles tendon injuries. I assisted in delivering the physical preparation for a professional club in Australia’s NBL. We finished top-ranked with the best win/loss record for the season. Here I was exposed to what elite-level care, collaboration and work ethic looks like in the context of highly valuable athletes, and I now aim to deliver this level of quality to all my clients.

As an Exercise Physiologist, I specialise in designing and delivering safe and effective exercise interventions for people with chronic medical conditions, injuries or disabilities.
