Jonny has been actively practicing as a sports massage therapist since 2021, while simultaneously pursuing an MSc in Physiotherapy in London, with an expected completion date in October 2023.
He graduated from Durham University back in 2016 with a BA in Sport Science and MA in Education. He has a professional background in sport and continues to compete at an international level in tennis as well as coaching top junior players.
His experience in healthcare includes a total of over 1000 hours including physio placements at the Royal Brompton (Cardiothoracic Surgery and ITU), Allen’s Sports Injury Rehabilitation Clinic, Chelsea and Westminster Hospital (Neurorehabilitation), Guys and St. Thomas Hospital (Older Persons Assessment Unit) and The National Tennis Centre.
Jonny offers a comprehensive range of massage services including deep tissue and sports massage using techniques such as soft tissue release, myofascial release, muscle energy techniques and trigger pointing all geared towards facilitating recovery, alleviating muscle soreness, and enhancing overall mobility.
